Refunds
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a twenty-four hour notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation made with less than a twenty-four hour notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full fee for the service. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
We do understand emergencies arise and will make every effort to work with you! Please don't hesitate to let us know if you are unable to make it, even if it is within the twenty-four hour time period before your appointment. If you simply don't show for an appointment we will be worried, and would rather hear from you and resolve the scheduling issue than not to hear from you and worry!
