Join L J and Joannie at Renew Wellness in Gahanna on Saturday, May 20, at 10am to start your weekend off with a beautiful Sound Bath and Reiki Healing Session. Using Singing Bowls, chimes, rattles, and tuning forks, Joannie will ease you into relaxation while L J offers Usui Reiki both individually and to the group. These two powerful healing modalities help to alleviate stress and anxiety and promote balance and wellness. All those who attend will receive a crystal chosen specifically for them to help balance their chakras. Please bring a yoga mat. Feel free to also bring a pillow and/or blanket for comfort.

Embrace your inner goddess and join us for an evening of magic, release, and renewal! Experience Solstice energy through meditation, sound bath, and Reiki. There will be a Despacho ceremony (Native American ceremony) to release all that no longer serves you and to bring in energy for your highest and greatest good. Everyone will have the opportunity to create their own sage bundle to take with them. Feel free to bring any crystals, pendulums, etc. that may need to be cleared and Reiki charged. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Please join us for this night of sisterhood! Please bring your own chair and/or blanket. 6:30-900pm at LJ's home just east of Pickerington.
